Mary Byrne

Since the X-Factor I've recorded two albums and, with the help of Eddie Rowley of the Sunday World, written a book about my experiences on the Show, including a little about my life. I'm currently planning a third album, which I'm very excited about. Personalised, signed copies of all these items can be obtained by visiting my on-line shop.

The highly anticipated debut album from X Factor star Mary Byrne, Mine & Yours shows exactly why the Irish singer became such a strong contender in the competition. Featuring favourite numbers like “I (Who Have Nothing)” and “It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World”, the album showcases Mary’s powerhouse vocals and emotional delivery.

Recorded in County Antrim and produced by legendary musician Phil Coulter, “…with Love” shows a delicate, romantic side to Mary featuring tracks such as “You Don’t Know Me” and “You Needed Me” This album is a collection of classic songs, some that are personal to Mary, others that have been suggested to her by Phil. It also includes a brand new Phil Coulter song called, ‘Thank God This Was My Life’, which has been inspired by Mary’s own life.

Mary's latest album released in March 2014 reflects her love of the timeless classics. Magic Of the Musicals contains eleven tracks including 'On The Street Where You Live', Cheek To Cheek', and 'Hello Young Lovers'. The album also includes Mary's forst self-penned number, 'Midnight Dreamer'. If you love the old musicals, you'll love this album.

In This Is My Life, Mary relives every moment of her twelve amazing months and takes the reader behind the scenes of X Factor to meet the judges and contestants and witness the real ups-and-downs of the boot camps and the live shows. Delving into her past she recounts, in her frank and honest fashion, stories of colourful relationships, broken hearts, life on a kibbutz, world travels and heart-stopping moments
